Text Messaging

EverLogic allows you to send text messages to Customers from within the application. You can utilize this feature to send updates from the following areas of EverLogic:

  • Customer Information
  • Quote Desking
  • Invoices
  • Repair Orders
  • Purchase Orders

Important:  The phone number must be keyed as +19049975555. The number will transpose from the Customer's File or you can manually key number, you will be prompted to update Customer's phone number.

NOTE:  Messages can be viewed on the Customer record under the History Tab. Use "Save message to Library" to put the message in the drop-down menu for future use.

    • .007 per text message
