Deal Reports

1. Navigate to the Reports Tab

2. Click Deals

There are four Deal Reports;

1. 1. 1. 1. Month to Date Delivered Deals
         2. Year to Date Delivered Deals
         3. Sales Journal
         4. Vehicles Sold

1. The Month to Date Delivered Deals Report will show: 

• • • Location
    • Contract Date 
    • Deal Reference Number
    • Stock Number 
    • Make and Model 
    • Front and Back Profits

2. The Year to Date Delivered Deals Report includes the same detail for the year selected

3. The Sales Journal Report will show; 

• • • Deal Reference Number
    • Customer's Last Name
    • Contract Date
    • Unit Stock Number
    • Salesperson's Name
    • Unit Selling Price
    • Unit Cost 
    • Trade Allowance 
    • Trade Actual Cash Value (ACV)
    • Profit on the deal  
    • Tax

4. Vehicles Sold Report

• • • Deal Reference Number
    • Customer's Last Name
    • Contract Date
    • Unit Stock Number
    • Salesperson's Name
    • Model
    • Model Color
    • Purchase Costs
    • Add-On Costs / Repairs 
    • Floorplan interest
    • Total Cost
    • Unit Selling Price

The Sales Journal and Vehicles Sold Reports are customizable.

• • • Or by changing the dates using the calendar
