Reassigning Customers to a Different Salesperson

It is possible to reassign Customers to a different Salesperson. This transaction will reassign all Customers, if only reassigning one Customer, access the individual Customer Record.

1. Navigate to the Sales Operations Tab and select Reassign Customer

2. Select a Salesperson from the down-drop menu

3. Click Reassign

4. Select Salesperson from the down-drop menu

RESULT:  All Customers will be removed from the current Salesperson and reassigned to the new Salesperson.
