EverLogic allows scanned documents for each module. There is a permission level to be assigned, which determines the employees access to secured information, PII, Personal Identifiable Information; ie phone number, address, social security number.
4here may be documents which you would like to scan; examples include, but not limited to

- Customer File / Deal Forms: Drivers License / Social Security Card / Insurance Card
- Vehicle Inventory Form: Vehicle Brochure / Warranty
- Parts Form: Warranty / Instructions
Scan Document
1. Scan the Document
2. Open desired form
3. Click the Documents Button on the Toolbar
4. Choose Add Documents
5. Click the Select a File Button and select the Document to add to the Form
6. Locate the item and double click to display
7. Assign a Security Level (reference viewing scanned documents)

- -1 for minimal access - documents without Personal Identifiable Information
- 0 for all access - documents with Personal Identifiable Information
8. Complete the following fields that apply

- File Name
- Description
- Category
9. Save & Close window
View Scanned Document
NOTE: There are two ways to view scanned documents, either directly from the Form or from the Home Tab.
View Scanned Document from Form
1. Open desired form
2. Click the Documents Button on the Toolbar
3. Choose View Documents
4. Locate and double-click the document to view
RESULT: Document Upload will display.
View Scanned Document from the Home Tab
1. Navigate to the Home Tab
2. Click Documents and select Search Documents
3. Search to locate the document
4. Double-click to open the document
RESULT: Document Upload will display.
