Process

  1. Lead received via integration with the Dealership’s lead provider (preferably using ADF, but is possible to bridge if necessary),
    1. Customer chats via website
    2. Customer is a Lot UP, scan back of drivers license to import into Selly
  2. AI capabilities available, for click to call / text
    1. Price drop changes will automatically notify Customer via text
  3. Vehicle of interest can be attached to Customer, (vehicles pulled from website / DMS / other inventory management tools)
  4. Deal Stages, similar to statuses, are assigned to determine the follow-up timeframe 
    1. Selly is not designed for managing service customers, but can have some Service Stages
  5. Automated email, with customized templates, based on the Deal Stage
  6. Lead pushed to Opportunities
