You can manually track the customer's credit limit and balance in EverLogic within the Customer File. Updates to the credit line for the Customer are sent to QuickBooks automatically when On Account Payments are used in EverLogic. You can use the On Account Payment Type on Deals, Repair Orders, and Invoices.

NOTE:  You will have the ability to close the Repair Order or Invoice and send to QuickBooks. All On Account Payments, regardless of the closed status, will be sent to QuickBooks the same day.
