There may be multiple reason for receiving this QuickBooks Error Message;
- If you use QuickBooks Desktop - open QuickBooks prior to opening EverLogic and try again.
- You may have more than one QuickBooks open - close one and try again.
- You may have a different version of QuickBooks - open the task manager and locate a different version of QuickBooks, open the different version and try again.
There are two different QB Desktop Request Error Messages;
- This message usually appears when you have two QuickBooks open, close one of them.
- This error will display when QuickBooks Desktop is not open before attempting the transaction in EverLogic.
1. Log out of both EverLogic and QuickBooks
2. Open QuickBooks first
3. Run transaction again
NOTE: If the error persists, run EverLogic and QuickBooks as Administrator.

Run EverLogic and QuickBooks as Administrator
Use one of the methods below to Run as Administrator on both EverLogic and QuickBooks.
1. Right-click on the EverLogic and QuickBooks Icon
2. Select Run as Administrator

1. Search EverLogic and QuickBooks
2. Select Run as Administrator
