Troubleshooting Lag Time
Check File Version
1. Access folder and key %appdata%/everlogic dms
2. Right-click on the EverLogic DMS Folder and select Properties

3. Access the Details Tab
4. Confirm Product Version
NOTE: This version will change with our updates, however, if the fourth number is lower than 5, EverLogic will need to be uninstalled / deleted and reinstalled.
