Changing Customer Prospecting Statuses Follow-up Timelines

There are six preset Customer Prospecting Statuses; New, Hot, Warm, Inactive, Cold, and Lost. These Prospecting Statuses have predetermined follow-up timelines, which can be changed in System Rules.

1. Navigate to the System Setup Tab and select System Rules

2. Locate the Rule Code

3. Double-click to open the Rule Code

4. Key the Answer with the number of days for follow-up 

5. Click OK

6. Save
