Customer Follow-Up

The Customer Follow-up Function is driven by Customer Prospecting Statuses. There are six preset Customer Prospecting Statuses, these Prospecting Statuses have predetermined follow-up timelines, which can be changed in System Rules.

 

There are six preset Customer Prospecting Statuses; New, Hot, Warm, Inactive, Cold, and Lost. 

1. Navigate to the Sales Operations Tab and select Customer Followup

2. Select the Location and Salesperson

3. Click the Plus Symbol (+) to the left of the line to expand the the list for follow-up

4. Double-click the Customer Line for follow-up and the Customer Record will display
