1. Navigate to the Office Operations Tab and select List Unposted Deals
2. Click the plus symbol to the left of the location to search for deal to be posted
3. Locate the Deal and double-click to display the details on the right-side on the window
IMPORTANT: Ensure all details are accurate. If any fields show blank, click the drop-down arrow to a make selection, this is a one-time resolution. Further mapping will be required; Mapping from EverLogic to QuickBooks.
NOTE: This message will appear if there is a new Customer to be added to QuickBooks, click Yes, to add them.
4. Click OK, once Invoice created in QuickBooks message is received
