1. Question: How do concurrent licenses work?
Answer: The number of licenses available determine the number of users that can be logged in at any one time. The figure below shows green circles to represent users that can sign-on, and the slots represent the number of licenses. Many users can have the ability to sign-on, but only five have the ability to be logged in at any given time.
2. Question: How do I know if my license if for Technicians or for Sales people?
Answer: There is no difference.
