1. Navigate to the Parts & Service Tab and select Search RO Units
Search Options
- Stock # - Stock Number for vehicle.
- Year - Year of RO Unit.
- Make - Make of RO Unit.
- Model - Model of RO Unit.
- Pri Serial - Primary Vehicle Identification Number of RO Unit.
- Sec Serial - Secondary Vehicle Identification Number of RO Unit.
- Last Name - The Customer's Last Name.
- Phone Number - The Customer's phone number.
Toolbar Options
- Search: Start your search from the criteria you have entered.
- New: Start a new Quote.
- Edit: Will open the highlighted quote in your grid.
- Print: Will print a quote list report.
- Export: Export and save the search results to an Excel Spreadsheet.
- Hide: Hide the search criteria and only show the results grid.
- Group By: Allows you to tailor the results by specific column headings; refer to the article on “Using “Group By” Feature to Filter Search Results.
- Drop-down Menu - Select previously saved FlexViews.
- FlexView Setup - Organize the search, right-click on the grid to add / remove columns, click / hold / drag column headings.
- Reset Search Criteria to Defaults - Removes any search criteria and resets to default.
