Occasionally, a zip code is split between counties / cities; ie 63673 covers both St Mary, MO and Ozora, MO. If the Customer lives on Ozora, and EverLogic is showing St Mary, the last four numbers of the zip code, AKA "plus-four code", is required.
The United States Postal Service has a web site, where you can can locate the full zip code, including the "plus-four code".
1. Open https://m.usps.com/m/ZipLookupAction and select "Look Up a ZIP Code".
2. Access the Customer Details Form and key the zip code, including the "plus-four code", to display the correct City.
